Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in Santali language. Handle customer queries related to banking products and services with empathy and professionalism. Resolve issues efficiently by understanding client concerns and providing suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/customer service industry preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of Santali language (written & spoken). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat. Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
