We’re seeking a Senior Handbag Designer who can think creatively, design intelligently, and translate ideas into reality with technical precision.

Brief about the role:

The Sampling & Product Development Lead will drive end-to-end product development for luxury bags and scarves—from concept to final production-ready samples—ensuring exceptional quality, craftsmanship, innovation, and adherence to brand aesthetics. The role bridges design, sourcing, merchandising, and manufacturing to deliver world-class luxury products.

Your Role Will Include

• Lead end-to-end

  product development & sampling

  for luxury bags and scarves.
• Translate design concepts into

  premium, technically sound samples

  aligned with brand DNA.
• Manage

  materials, vendors, and artisans

  , ensuring luxury-quality inputs and innovation.
• Define and enforce

  quality & craftsmanship standards

  across all sampling stages.
• Collaborate with

  Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Production & Quality

  teams.
• Own

  costing, timelines, and feasibility

  during development.
• Drive

  innovation, trend research, and sustainable practices

  .
• Maintain

  tech packs, sampling trackers, SOPs

  , and mentor junior team members.
