Job Description

Position: Sampling Incharge Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3-5 years in apparel sampling Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the pattern master and sampling tailors and cutting master to develop samples as per buyer requirements Plan, organize, and supervise the sampling process from pattern making, cutting, sample making, sample finishing to final sample dispatch Ensure samples meet quality standards, fit specifications, and delivery timelines Maintain records of all samples, approvals, and changes Communicate with buyers or merchandisers regarding sample feedback and revisions Follow up with pattern makers, tailors, and finishing teams to ensure timely execution Suggest improvements in sampling techniques with usage of appropriate attachments, machines and tools to increase efficiency and quality Requirements: Proven experience in garment sampling or product development Strong understanding of fabric types, stitching, trims, attachments and finishing techniques Ability to handle multiple styles and work under tight deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of Excel and order tracking systems is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in garment sampling?
