Call Vijayalakshmi on +91 9632102194 to know more details of the job Candidate is Responsible for every aspect of the salon business on a day-to-day basis including Client Service & Satisfaction, Staff / Inventory / Retail Management, Salon Business Revenue, Salon Hygiene, Billing Operations and Operating Cost Optimization Key Responsibilities Client Service & Satisfaction Educate clients about beauty service offerings & product line available Maintain and constantly review client service standards Resolve clients’ concerns or complaints and provide optimum solution to satisfy them Staff Management Inspire, guide, train & develop staff members Staff Grievance Handling, Performance Review of Staff, Monthly/Weekly meetings Motivate Staff to do upselling and cross selling Salon Hygiene, Cleanliness & Maintenance Ensure salon cleanliness & maintenance.
