Job Description

Position: Salon Manager

Department: Salon Operations / Beauty & Wellness
Experience Required: 3–7 years (Salon / Spa / Beauty & Wellness Industry)

Key Responsibilities

Salon Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the salon, including appointments, client handling, and service delivery.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Manage salon inventory, product stock, and coordinate with suppliers.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, train, and motivate staff (stylists, beauticians, therapists, and support team).
Schedule shifts and ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff skill development.
Customer Service Excellence
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Promote loyalty programs, memberships, and repeat business.
Business & Revenue Growth
Drive sales of salon services and retail products.
Achieve monthly targets and monitor financial performance.
Implement promotions, offers, and local marketing activities.
