Position: Sales Staff Location: Cuddly Store, M5 Mall, Electronic City, Bangalore Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Sales Staff to join our Cuddly team. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, managing stock, and ensuring the store looks attractive and welcoming. Key Responsibilities: Greet and guide customers to the right products Explain product features and handle customer queries Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Manage billing and handle POS machines Maintain stock records and report shortages to the manager Arrange and display products attractively (visual merchandising) Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready Work as a team to ensure smooth store operations Skills Required: Good communication (Kannada + English/Hindi preferred) Strong customer service and convincing skills Basic knowledge of billing & cash handling Stock management & display arrangement Friendly, energetic, and sales-oriented personality Punctuality & teamwork Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Prior retail/sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Staff discounts on products Career growth opportunities within Cuddly
