Zotomart is committed to providing high-quality mobile devices and accessories to its customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at our New Delhi location. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations, meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining inventory records, and helping to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional daily tasks include managing and organizing product displays, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and staying updated on the latest products and industry trends. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and customer service Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and recommend products to customers based on their needs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of mobile devices and accessories Ability to work independently and handle customer queries proficiently Familiarity with inventory management is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
