As a Sales Person at our clothing retail store in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in clothing retail sales, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strong communication skills and product knowledge to assist customers in finding suitable clothing products. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers professionally, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate items. You will be expected to maintain store standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Achieving individual and store sales targets, managing stock levels, and building strong customer relationships will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Your presentable appearance and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. While a High School Diploma or Equivalent is the minimum educational requirement, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of 20,000 to 30,000 per month, which will be based on your experience and performance.
