Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, managing sales pipelines, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, developing and presenting sales proposals, and continuously updating the CRM system with client information and sales progress.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
Ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities
Proficiency in developing and presenting sales proposals
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Experience in the industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
