Whiteswan Tv News LLP Edappally, Kochi, Kerala. JOB DETAILS : Job Type: - Full Time Salary range- Rs.20,000 per month Shift and Schedule – Day and Fixed Shift. Location: - Edappally, Kochi, Kerala. Benefits: - Experience – 6 months – 1 year preferred. Candidates Required: - 1 Work Location – In Person. FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: - Sales Responsibilities:- 1. Channel Management:- Manage sales of Channel’s News Portal Website, Increase sales of Domain Hosting Page, manage E – commerce website & increase traffic. 2. Social media tasks :- Manage Social media handling – Facebook, Instagram & Linked In & initiate Content Creation, create blog & social media posts. 3. Sales & Revenue: - Create Sales Proposals aligning with customer needs & prepare related sales plan. Negotiate prices & terms of sales to close deals. Complete new client onboarding documents & execute mutual MoU. 4. Invoice Follow Up: - Co – ordinate with the management to ensure timely invoice submission as per the proposal & follow up with customers for payment. 5. Sales Target & Performance Tracking:- Exceed sales targets set by the channel & Maintain report on sales progress, performance charts & customer feedback. Marketing Responsibilities:- 1. Marketing Analysis: - Handle marketing research & campaigns. Stay informed about the industry trends, market approach & competitor activities. 2. Data Collection :- Collect details on consumer behaviour to understand current trends. 3. Client Communication :- Execute marketing plans & engage with customers to build awareness of the channel. 4. Skill Management: - Handle administrative tasks -such as maintain marketing databases, handling CRM software & making strategy presentations. Maintain weekly/ monthly growth statistics report. 5. Creativity: - Present innovative ideas to adopt new strategies & initiate business branding of the channel. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in BBA/ MBA-Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts & Communications or any related field. Experience: 2-3 years in Sales & Marketing, Knowledge on Digital marketing & some tools like Adobe creative Suite, Power point & Keynote. Visual design expertise, data visualization experience with financial metrics shall be considered. Soft Skills – Should be capable of handling interactions with consumers, manage workloads & create a consumer-friendly brand. Other Details: 1. Holidays – 12 annual leaves shall be taken in a year. 2. Hours of work: Monday to Saturday – 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM. 3. Salary varies by depth of experience/skills and last drawn CTC.
