Salesman

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales man and labour sale person to join our manpower services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's staffing and recruitment solutions to businesses across various industries.

• Identify and approach potential clients who require manpower and staffing services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client staffing needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of qualified candidates.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in manpower/recruitment/staffing services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of various industries and their staffing needs.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment processes.
• Existing network of potential clients in relevant industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
