Hiring: Senior Salesforce Developer – Health Cloud

Location: PAN INdia/ Remote open for exceptional candidates across India

Experience: 5–8 years total Salesforce experience

Requirement: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Health Cloud expertise to design and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that improve healthcare workflows and patient experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural discussions, and help enhance our overall Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-quality technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, and developers to build end-to-end functionality.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and best development practices.
• Provide expertise on Health Cloud features such as care plans, care teams, patient timeline, and provider management.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing platform maintenance.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience in real-world projects.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
