Description
As a Salesforce Test Architect at CloudFulcrum India, you will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of an end-to-end Salesforce Test Automation Strategy for our clients. Your role will involve ensuring comprehensive testing coverage, optimized processes, and enhanced quality. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in presales activities by offering Testing as a Service (TaaS) to potential clients and demonstrating ROI to stakeholders. Your focus will also include developing and implementing an effective Test Data Management (TDM) strategy tailored for Salesforce to address data consistency, security, and scalability challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing a robust Salesforce Test Automation Strategy that includes functional, regression, performance, and security testing. You will oversee its implementation across customer environments and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Building and maintaining a scalable automation framework using Salesforce-compatible testing tools to enable quick and efficient test case development. - Developing and implementing a Test Data Management strategy specifically tailored to Salesforce that supports automated testing scenarios while maintaining data integrity, relevance, and security. - Managing data anonymization and other security protocols within the TDM strategy to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. - Providing expertise on CloudFulcrum's Testing as a Service (TaaS) offerings in presales engagements and showcasing the benefits, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiencies of automated testing for Salesforce environments. - Leading and mentoring the Salesforce testing team to drive a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Collaborating closely with clients to understand their Salesforce testing needs, recommend effective testing approaches, and ensure satisfaction with the delivered solutions. - Continuously enhancing Salesforce testing processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize automation efforts for efficiency and scalability across the Salesforce ecosystem. - Communicating Salesforce testing strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders to deliver measurable value and return on investment in the Salesforce landscape. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce testing automation and QA leadership. - Extensive experience with Salesforce-specific automated testing frameworks and tools, familiarity with Salesforce deployment and version control tools is a plus. - Proven experience in building and scaling test automation capabilities within Salesforce environments. - Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive testing strategies tailored to Salesforce applications. - Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce certifications and ISTQB Test Manager certification. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata structure, and the Salesforce SDLC.,
