Job Description

Role: Salesforce Technical Support Engineer

Mode: Contract To Hire

Location: Remote

Timings: 3 PM - 12 PM IST

Client: USA Health Care Company

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Support Engineer to provide technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting for our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will ensure

optimal system performance, resolve user issues efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, AI/Agentforce, and automation tools is a plus.

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for Salesforce users across multiple business units.
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with security best

practices.

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge base,

and customer support workflows.

  • Work closely with Salesforce developers and admins to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor system performance, perform data audits, and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in testing, deployment, and change management for new Salesforce features or releases.
  • Document system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting steps. (Optional if

applicable)

  • Support AI-driven tools such as Agentforce, Einstein GPT, or automated case resolution systems

to enhance service productivity.

  • Data loading and data extraction using data loader, reports etc

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Apex errors, validation rules, flows, and API integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist non-technical users.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications preferred
