Job Description

Experience with Service & Experience Clouds.
Experience with Salesforce Org migration specially Service cloud.
Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integration, and data modeling.
Experience with transforming business requirements/user stories to technical requirements.
Experience with building large-scale integration with Salesforce Platform leveraging UI to UI, API based and Data integrations. Extensive experience with LWC, APEX, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, VS Code and other core Salesforce platform development tools.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Proven leadership skills to lead and manage Salesforce development teams, including mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in documenting technical designs, configuration changes, and customizations for future reference.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are preferred.
Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development and software design patterns.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business users, executives, and IT teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
