Roles & Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture

  : Design scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging

  Salesforce

  and

  Vlocity (Salesforce Industries)

  platforms. Translate business requirements into technical designs, and define and document architectural patterns, guidelines, and frameworks.

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship

  : Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on

  Vlocity

  and

  Salesforce

  implementation. Mentor junior team members and provide training on best practices.

• Integration & Development

  : Design and implement integrations between

  Salesforce, Vlocity

  , and other enterprise systems. Customize

  Vlocity

  components such as

  Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Cards

  , and

  Templates

  , and optimize them for performance and scalability.

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Quality Assurance

  : Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, compliance with development standards, and adherence to

  Salesforce

  governance.

• Knowledge & Innovation

  : Stay updated on

  Salesforce

  and

  Vlocity

  innovations and industry trends.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 8+ years of

  Salesforce

  platform experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with

  Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)

  tools and architecture.
• Proficiency in

  Salesforce

  configurations and customizations (

  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning

  ).
• Hands-on experience with

  Vlocity

  components such as

  Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures

  , and

  Cards

  .
• A strong understanding of

  Salesforce

  and

  Vlocity

  data models and architecture.
• Expertise in

  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

  , and

  CPQ

  is a plus.
• Integration experience with

  REST/SOAP APIs

  and middleware tools (

  Mulesoft, Dell Boomi

  , etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Salesforce Architect

  and

  Vlocity

  certifications are preferred.
• Experience in

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies is a plus.
