Position Summary:
As a Salesforce Technical Lead at Gruve, you'll lead a team of developers, architect cutting-edge solutions, and contribute to high-impact projects. You'll leverage the full power of the Salesforce platform, mentoring top-tier talent and driving innovation in the cloud computing space using AI.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Salesforce developers. Foster collaboration and innovation. -
Solution Architecture:
Design and architect complex, scalable Salesforce solutions, considering integrations, data models, security, and UX. -
Development & Best Practices:
Lead by example, contributing to development using Apex, Aura and LWC. Enforce coding standards and quality assurance. -
Multi-Cloud Expertise:
Architect and implement solutions including, but not limited to, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Provide expertise on other clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) for comprehensive solutions. -
Integration Strategy:
Define and oversee the integration strategy between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and platforms like Mulesoft. -
DevOps Leadership:
Champion our DevOps culture using tools like Copado for CI/CD. -
Client Engagement & Consulting:
Lead technical discussions with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into solutions. -
Problem Solving & Innovation:
Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges. Drive innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem. -
Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing:
Stay at the forefront of Salesforce advancements and share your knowledge with the team. -
Agentforce Optimization & Strategy:
Define and implement strategies to optimize Agentforce for improved agent productivity and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with proven leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Aura, LWC, and other core Salesforce technologies.
- Proven multi-cloud experience architecting complex solutions including, but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Mulesoft (or similar middleware solutions).
- Hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and a deep understanding of DevOps.
- Experience with Agentforce strategy and implementation.
- Salesforce Data Cloud experience is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
