About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team in Noida. This role involves working on our proprietary product as well as leading Salesforce implementations for clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of integration platforms like Boomi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions for both product and client implementations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Boomi or other middleware platforms.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.

• Proven experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms.

• Experience working on product development and client implementations.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare domain or with healthcare-related products.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
