Senior Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience: 6-7 Years

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

·      Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows

·      Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation

·      Build and integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

·      Ensure performance optimization, security, and data integrity

·      Handle complex data migrations and integrations

Team Guidance & Leadership

·      Guide and mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce developers

·      Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards

·      Provide technical direction, estimates, and solution approaches during planning

·      Support team in troubleshooting complex issues and blockers

·      Collaborate with architects and project managers on solution design.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and technical reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• 6–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, Copado, etc.)
• Ability to lead technically and guide a team
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
