As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions for enterprise clients. With your 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, you will lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions in alignment with business requirements. - Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the SDLC. - Define best practices for coding, design, integration, and security. - Develop and maintain architectural standards, documentation, and reusable components. - Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA. - Guide integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. - Conduct architecture reviews and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with Salesforce security guidelines and data governance policies. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. - Expertise in Salesforce platform features: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud. - Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Proficiency in data modeling, sharing rules, and security model in Salesforce. - Strong grasp of CI/CD processes, version control, and DevOps tools. - Hands-on experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation and migration projects. - Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA). - Experience with middleware platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Prior experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
