The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high quality software solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring and developing team members. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support in the development of Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components. Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor and train team members on Salesforce technologies, particularly Lightning Web Components. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on current projects. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. Mandatory SkillsStrong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and related technologies. Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects. In depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Preferred SkillsExperience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of other Salesforce products and services, such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Salesforce applications. QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce technologies. Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
