Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, your role involves partnering with the US sales and delivery teams to deliver solutions based on Salesforce products and platform. You will be responsible for creating technical proof of concepts (POCs) and solution demos with Lightning UI to support sales efforts. Additionally, you will need to scope, estimate, and propose technical solutions, as well as develop Varasis intellectual property in the form of Lightning-based tools, accelerators, and industry solutions. Your key responsibilities include: - Partnering with sales and delivery teams to deliver Salesforce solutions - Creating technical POCs and solution demos with Lightning UI - Scoping, estimating, and proposing technical solutions - Developing Varasis intellectual property in the form of Lightning-based tools You will be responsible for mapping business process requirements to Salesforce products" capabilities and features, including the data model and security model. Your expertise may be required in front and backend solution architecture, development, release management strategies, change management, and designing solutions hands-on. Furthermore, you will lead and deliver projects, oversee technical team members, conduct technical requirements gathering and design sessions, manage integrations and custom extensions, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Mentoring and developing technical team members, interacting with customers, and investigating new technologies are also part of your responsibilities. Job Requirements: - Graduate degree in Engineering (Computer Science or MCA with emphasis in Software Engineering) - 10+ years of total experience with at least 4+ years of delivering Salesforce solutions and 2+ years of team management - Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SFDC technologies, specializing in Sales, CPQ, Service, Communities, or App Cloud products - Salesforce Certifications in CPQ, App Builder, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Attributes: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills - Attitude of constant learning and upgrading skills - Flexibility and openness to feedback/coaching - Self-awareness and ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences This job requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in Salesforce products and a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.,
