Job Description

  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends. 2+ years of experience supporting
  • Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules). Experience with Salesforce support tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of SOQL and Apex debugging (reading logs, understanding error codes). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Familiarity with Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with sandbox management and release processes. Prior experience supporting end-users in a fast-paced environment.
