Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends. 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products). Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules). Experience with Salesforce support tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar. Basic knowledge of SOQL and Apex debugging (reading logs, understanding error codes). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent. Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware). Familiarity with Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with sandbox management and release processes.
