Job Description

Job Role & responsibilities:-

  • Resolve complex platform issues

    across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud by analyzing logs, debugging Apex code, and identifying root causes with precision.
  • Develop and enhance custom components

    using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows to support evolving business requirements.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations

    with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and Platform Events, ensuring seamless data exchange and system reliability.
  • Perform advanced configuration tasks

    including custom objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, approval processes, and security settings (profiles, permission sets, public groups, roles).
  • Handle L2/L3 support tickets

    with a strong focus on SLA adherence, issue resolution, and user satisfactionescalating critical incidents and coordinating with cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams

    to translate functional requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring platform stability and alignment with business goals.
  • Document solutions, recurring issues, and technical fixes

    in a structured knowledge base to support continuous improvement and enable faster resolution of future incidents.

Technical skills, Experience & Qualification required:-

  • Salesforce Clouds:

    Financial Service, Sales, Service
  • Development:

    Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows
  • Integration:

    REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services
  • ITIL:

    Incident, Change, Release, Org Management
  • Insurance domain understanding
  • Mandatory Certifications:

    Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2), JavaScript Developer I, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
  • Education:

    BE/BTech in Computer Science
  • Exposure to DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado), CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong ownership and hands-on problem-solving
  • Clear communicator with effective documentation skills
  • Collaborative across teams and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Focused on platform reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Quick learner with a passion for Salesforce innovation

Immediate Joiners will be preffered only who can join till end of Sept-25 month
