Salesforce Solutions Architect

As a dedicated Salesforce Solutions Architect at Vera Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering world-class systems to meet complex client requirements with precision and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for leading discovery and design workshops, synthesizing client needs into solutions, implementing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, providing technical expertise during sales processes, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include driving requirements gathering sessions, mapping client business processes, designing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, developing implementation roadmaps, leading project implementation teams, ensuring high-quality builds, and communicating solution decisions effectively both internally and with clients. You will be expected to deliver projects using various project management methodologies, support project managers, contribute to sales processes, and uphold quality standards across all technical implementations. To excel in this role, you should possess a relevant Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience as a Salesforce architect, along with relevant Salesforce certifications. You should have a minimum of 3 years of technology consulting experience, 3+ years of experience working on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, and at least 1 year of experience in designing solutions on the platform. Proficiency in Agile development framework, Apex, Lightning framework development, and strong communication skills are essential. Additionally, a positive attitude, interest in new tools and features on the Salesforce Platform, and experience working in dynamic teams are valued. Desirable qualifications include Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Certification, knowledge of integration patterns and frameworks, experience or interest in social service work or international development, and fluency/proficiency in languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or others.
