What You'll Be Doing: Manages and monitors installed systems, Networks, and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure). Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability. Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Design, plan and automate deployment of network communications systems. Provide documentation as required to ensure accurate and current information is available for each site network. Who You Are: At least 5 years of experience in configuring enterprise-level Linux systems within a highly networked environment. Expertise in using Chef for configuration management and automation, including the creation and management of Chef cookbooks and recipes. Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automating tasks. Skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing centralized logging solutions for effective log analysis, integration, security compliance, and incident response. Experience with MySQL or similar database systems. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox, KVM, QEMU, or VMware. Experience managing infrastructure with bare metal servers in data center environments. Proficient in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins (or similar) to enhance software development processes. Proactive, resourceful, and adept at managing projects and solving problems from start to finish. Expert in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues while maintaining stability and reliability. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Salesforce platform, encompassing both administrative duties and strategic oversight. You will leverage your deep expertise to design and build advanced Flows, including complex automations and robust error handling, to optimize our business processes. You'll also play a critical role in collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Success would mean having a strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. **Location:** Vadodara, Gujarat, India **What You'll Be Doing:** **Salesforce End-to-End Management:** - Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, handling day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support. - Provide strategic oversight of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. - Manage user access, security, and data integrity. **Advanced Flow Development:** - Design, build, and deploy advanced Flows, including complex automations, process builders, and workflows. - Implement robust error handling mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and system stability. - Optimize existing Flows for performance and efficiency. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide expert guidance. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. **Solution Design and Architecture:** - Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that meet current and future business needs. - Develop technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and process flows. - Evaluate and recommend Salesforce apps and integrations to enhance platform functionality. **Requirements Analysis:** - Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and concise user stories and technical specifications. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. **Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:** - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices. - Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Perform data migration tasks as needed. **Who You Are:** - 5-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect. - Proven track record of managing Salesforce end-to-end, including administrative and strategic responsibilities. - Deep expertise in designing and building advanced Flows, including complex automations and error handling. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Experience working in a cross-functional environment. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with [Specific Salesforce Clouds, e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.]. - Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., API, middleware). - Experience with RevOps processes. - Experience with data migration.,
