Salesforce Solutions Architect

As a Salesforce Architect at Momentive Software, you will play a crucial role in designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and CPQ. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical architectures. This involves evaluating and recommending custom development approaches, creating architecture blueprints, data models, and integration strategies, and developing high-level product specifications with a focus on system integration and feasibility. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders, leading discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and solution presentations. Collaboration with developers, administrators, and project managers will be essential to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. In terms of integration and data strategy, you will architect integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, and ETL tools. Collaboration with the Data Architect will be necessary to define data migration strategies and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA. Establishing and enforcing architectural standards and best practices, reviewing code and configuration for adherence to design principles, and supporting DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and release management will fall under your governance and quality assurance responsibilities. Documentation of solution designs, technical specifications, system configurations, and providing mentorship to junior architects and developers will be part of your responsibilities. Conducting knowledge transfer sessions and supporting user training will also be crucial to enable the successful implementation of solutions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect and Certified System Architect, experience with multi-cloud implementations, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. A degree in computer science/technology or equivalent industry experience is preferred. Preferred qualifications include being a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), additional certifications in Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, and knowledge of data privacy practices and regulations.
