Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Lead
Duration: 6 months +
Remote
Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

  • 8–12 years of Salesforce experience with at least 4+ years in Service Cloud implementations.

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce development tools.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud setup and customization (Case Management, Knowledge, Omnichannel, CTI, Service Console).

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.


    Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales, Service, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Experience in managing technical scope and stakeholder expectations.
  • Exposure to integration of multiple technologies with Salesforce
