Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesforce ITSM Solutions Expert at Salesforce, you will be responsible for delivering complex ITSM solutions to our customers using Salesforce.com products and APIs, Agentforce, Slack, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, and integration/ETL technologies. Your solutions will be designed for long-term scalability and aligned with customer growth plans. Your role will involve deepening your expertise in Salesforce and hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce, and Lightning. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations effectively - Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews during projects, and ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed - Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations - Familiarity with source code, version management, and code deployment standards - Maintain a target billable utilization aligned with your role - Ability to understand projects and troubleshoot issues effectively - Coordinate with Salesforce product teams to assist in client implementations - Work remotely while collaborating with global teams for delivery across different geographies, demonstrating flexibility with work hours Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform - Experience in at least one end-to-end Service Cloud implementation - Highly preferred ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate - Proficiency in debugging performance issues at both client and apex layers - Design capability suitable for desktop and mobile devices - Knowledge of different integration patterns and asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce - Understanding of Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds - Knowledge of systems architecture and ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions - Familiarity with key design patterns, data volume limitations, and best practices - Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture - Knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) - Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with various business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.) - Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies - Expertise in platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL) - Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain relevant certifications post-hire Additional Details: Development experience in Agentforce & Slack would be beneficial Preferred Salesforce certifications include: - Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Nice to have certifications: - Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer - Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification - Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer,
