Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Test Case Design:

  Create thorough test cases covering all areas of SalesforceUI, data integrity, workflows, integrations, and security.

• Test Execution:

  Manually execute test scenarios across Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to uncover issues.

• Defect Logging:

  Record identified defects with detailed descriptions, screenshots, and reproduction steps, and coordinate with developers for fixes.

• Regression Testing:

  Conduct end-to-end regression testing to validate new features and ensure stability in existing functionality.

• Automation Testing:

  Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce testing tools to enhance efficiency and test coverage.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with developers, BAs, and PMs to gather requirements, prioritize testing efforts, and relay status and risks.

• Quality Assurance:

  Promote quality best practices throughout the lifecycle and be a vocal advocate for excellence at every step.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Knowledge:

  Strong command over core Salesforce functionality and configurations across multiple clouds.

• Testing Methodologies:

  Proficiency in black-box, white-box, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.

• Test Automation Tools:

  Hands-on experience with Selenium, Apex, or similar automation frameworks.

• Defect Management:

  Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems, especially
