As a Salesforce QA Lead at Saadhvi Technology, a boutique Salesforce Implementation Partner based in Chennai, India, you will be a key member of the Delivery organization. Your role will involve executing functional and non-functional testing on the Salesforce platform. This includes designing, creating, and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of QA experience on the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive test cases and plans - Conduct unit, functional, smoke, integration, and regression testing - Ensure alignment of business requirements with functional specifications and maintain adequate test coverage - Collaborate with the development team and key business users in Agile projects, participate in scrum review meetings, and create targeted test plans - Drive enhancements to testing and quality processes - Implement efficient testing practices using automation tools and methodologies - Analyze requirements, devise test strategies and plans, execute manual and automated test cases, track defects, and report outcomes - Supervise a small team of testers, provide guidance on QA best practices, monitor progress in both automated and manual testing Qualifications: - Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with teams/clients in different time zones - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Proficient in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team As a Salesforce QA Lead at Saadhvi Technology, a boutique Salesforce Implementation Partner based in Chennai, India, you will be a key member of the Delivery organization.
