Job Description

As a QA Lead, you will

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with business goals.

Hold ability to strategize QA across Implementations, Shared Support and Release Updates.

Required Skills:

Experience10+ years in QA, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce testing.

Testing ExpertiseStrong proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Salesforce KnowledgeDeep understanding of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, Apex, and Visualforce.

Automation ToolsHands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Katalon, Provar, TestNG, UFT, or similar.

Test StrategyAbility to design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.

Agile MethodologiesProven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Defect ManagementExpertise in managing defect lifecycle and ensuring timely resolution.

Team LeadershipStrong ability to mentor, guide, and lead QA teams, driving best practices and continuous improvement.

Value Add Skills:

Salesforce CertificationsSalesforce Administrator, Sales / Service / CPQ / Field Service Consultant or QA-specific certifications.

Performance & Security TestingExposure to tools and techniques for non-functional testing.

Test Management ToolsExperience with JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar platforms.

API TestingFamiliarity with tools like Postman, SOAP UI for testing integrations.

Training & EnablementAbility to conduct workshops or training sessions to upskill QA team members.

Cross-Platform TestingExperience testing across mobile, web, and desktop environments.

CI/CD IntegrationFamiliarity with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket for continuous testing and deployment.
