As a Salesforce Project Manager at Manras Technologies, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Salesforce projects by analyzing briefs, assessing risks, and developing goals and plans of development. You will lead a team of developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to best-design principles and guiding them to achieve project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze briefs and project requests from clients. - Assess risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects. - Develop goals, tasks, and plans of development for Salesforce projects. - Liaise with clients and management about timelines, costs, and project objectives. - Manage a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects. - Develop metrics for each project to determine paths to success. - Communicate and act as the first point of call for clients. - Conduct regular project meetings with your development team. - Ensure that your team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles. - Guide and mentor your team to achieve project outcomes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field. - Certification in Salesforce administration or development. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or professional services. - Excellent planning and strategic abilities. - Organized and meticulous in your work. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Dynamic and adaptable mindset. - Professional and deadline-oriented. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
