Salesforce Pre-sales Architect

As a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager/Pre-Sales Architect, your role will involve managing the delivery of Salesforce projects, providing pre-sales support to clients, and working as an architect on Salesforce implementations. You will be based in a hybrid location in Pune, Ranchi, Bengaluru, or Noida. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and successful project completion - Provide pre-sales support to clients, including developing proposals, presenting solutions, and conducting product demos - Work as an architect on Salesforce implementations, including designing solutions and overseeing technical aspects of the project - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery - Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams - Stay up-to-date on Salesforce trends, updates, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team - Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategies, including attending conferences and networking events **Qualifications:** - 7 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce delivery, with experience managing projects and teams - Experience working in a pre-sales capacity, including developing proposals and presenting solutions to clients - Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and APIs - Experience with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud - Salesforce certification(s) such as Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Join us and enjoy competitive compensation, group health insurance, group accidental insurance, paid time off, team events, and a flexible working style that prioritizes results above absenteeism.
