As a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager/Pre-Sales Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of Salesforce projects, providing pre-sales support to clients, and working as an architect on Salesforce implementations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the delivery of Salesforce projects to ensure timely and successful project completion. - Providing pre-sales support to clients by developing proposals, presenting solutions, and conducting product demos. - Working as an architect on Salesforce implementations, designing solutions, and overseeing technical aspects of the project. - Collaborating with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Acting as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, offering guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams. - Staying up-to-date on Salesforce trends, updates, and best practices, and sharing knowledge with the team. - Participating in the development of sales and marketing strategies, including attending conferences and networking events. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce delivery, with a track record of managing projects and teams. - Experience working in a pre-sales capacity, including developing proposals and presenting solutions to clients. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and APIs. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Salesforce certification(s) such as Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
