Job Description

Location: Any Location

Job Title: Salesforce Omnistudio Developer

Experience: 8+ Years

OSI Digital

Responsibilities:

Design and build complex digital solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio
Develop OmniScripts for intuitive, guided user experiences
Create FlexCards to display dynamic, actionable data in a responsive UI
Implement and optimise Integration Procedures to manage data and connect with external services
Configure and manage Document Checklists to support document validation and compliance tracking
Leverage Document Generation tools for creating dynamic PDFs and formal communications
Integrate with external systems using REST APIs, handling complete request/response flows
Use Apex to extend functionality with custom controllers and server-side logic
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the front-end experience
Troubleshoot and tune OmniStudio components for performance and reliability

Key Requirements:

Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio in a commercial environment
Strong background in Apex and LWC development
Experience in end-to-end integrations with external systems
Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and agile development methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional team
Working hours - shift 6AM to 3 PM
