Role Overview: At PwC, as a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will specialize in consulting services for various Salesforce applications. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. By utilizing your broad range of consulting skills and experience, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 4+ years of SALESFORCE experience and a total of 4+ years in IT. - Demonstrate strong technical skills in Salesforce, provide technical solutions, debug issues, and set best practices independently. - Utilize extensive experience in Force.com platform using Apex, Lightning, and LWC. - Implement Sales, Service, Custom Cloud, NetZero Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Integration solutions. - Hands-on experience with Customization in APEX, LWC, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, and Flows. - Proficient in Web services, REST API, and implementing integration patterns between Force.com, ERP, and CRM systems. - Work with middleware supporting Salesforce platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, and Fusion middleware. - Experience with connectors like Arcadia, data migration, and SSO setup. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: BE / BTech / MCA / M.Sc. / M.E / MTech. - Advanced developer Salesforce certifications. - Awareness of NetZero and carbon footprint concepts. - Good experience in CRM Analytics. - Define, develop, and follow best practices in Salesforce. - Stay updated on the changing Cloud ecosystem and adapt to new technologies and methods. - Strong communication skills and aptitude for technical challenges. - Enthusiastic about code honesty, modularity, cleanliness, and version control. - Ability to translate customer requirements and conduct gap/fit analysis into functional Salesforce.com configurations.,
