As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, your role involves providing consulting services for a variety of Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. You will have a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. Your responsibilities include analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, offering training and support, and assisting clients in effective utilization of Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client needs and requirements effectively - Implement software solutions tailored to the client's specifications - Offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications - Assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives Qualification Required: - BE / BTech / MCA/ M.Sc. / M.E / MTech - 4+ years of Salesforce experience and overall 4+ years of IT experience - Strong technical skills in Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning, and LWC - Experience in Force.com platform using Apex, Lightning, and LWC - Hands-on customization experience in APEX, LWC, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, and Flows - Extensive experience in implementing Sales / Service / Custom cloud / NetZero Cloud / Experience Cloud / Integration - Solid experience in Web services, REST API, and common integration patterns between Force.com, ERP, and CRM systems - Familiarity with middleware supporting Salesforce platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, and Fusion middleware - Experience in data migration, SSO setup, and working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery Additional Desired Skills: - Awareness of net-zero and carbon footprint concepts - Good experience in CRM Analytics - Define, develop, and follow best practices in Salesforce - Adaptability to changing Cloud ecosystem and new technologies - Strong communication skills and aptitude for technical challenges - Advocate for code honesty, modularity, cleanliness, and version control - Possess advanced developer Salesforce certifications - Ability to translate customer requirements and perform gap/fit analysis for functional configuration of Salesforce.com At PwC, you will be part of a team that specializes in consulting services for various business applications.
