You are a highly skilled and experienced Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Consultant with 7-13 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, utilizing your deep expertise in customer journey orchestration, data management, and campaign execution. In this role, you will need strong technical proficiency, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing automation strategies. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, collaborating with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions, and developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns using various tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio. Additionally, you will implement and manage Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, utilize SQL, AMPscript, and REST/SOAP APIs for personalized marketing campaigns, define segmentation strategies, develop reports and dashboards for measuring campaign success, provide training to marketing and technical teams, ensure data security and compliance, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification, have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and consulting, and be well-versed in Marketing Cloud Studios, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, and Segmentation. Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML, JavaScript, API integrations, marketing automation, personalization, and customer lifecycle strategies are also required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Preferred qualifications include additional Salesforce certifications, experience with tools like Datorama, Interaction Studio, and Einstein AI, as well as prior experience in leadership or team management roles.
