Job Title: Salesforce MarketingCloud Specialist Experience Required: 69 Years Location: Bangalore(On-site/Hybrid as per company policy) Notice Period: ImmediateJoiners Only About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist withdeep, hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) andInteraction Studio. This is a critical role within our digital engagement team,focused on building scalable, secure, and data-driven customer experiencesacross digital channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functionsto architect robust marketing solutions that drive personalized and measurableengagement. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and documentation of end-to-endsolutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring scalability, security,and maintainability. Deliver seamless integration between platformssuch as Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, Java-based CRM, and Adobe Analytics. Provide hands-on expertise in MCP andInteraction Studio for implementing and optimizing customer journeys andexperiences. Conduct code reviews and enforce developmentbest practices across internal and external teams. Collaborate with enterprise architects andsolution review boards to align technical designs with strategic goals. Offer technical leadership and actionableguidance to support high-quality solution delivery. Good to Have Skills Customer Data Platform (CDP) / Salesforce DataCloud: Understanding of features, data modeling, and best practices. Mobile & Web Studio: Experience inconfiguring, optimizing, and managing mobile and web-based marketing campaigns. Java Integration: Familiarity with Java-basedsystems, especially beneficial due to integration with a custom-built CRM. Qualifications Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in ComputerScience, Information Systems, or a related field. 69 years of experience in digital marketingtechnology with at least 3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of marketing technologies,personalization strategies, and omnichannel engagement.
