Description Technical Expertise 1.SFMC Core Skills (Required) oAdvanced proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. oStrong understanding of Data Extensions, data relationships, and segmentation strategies. oExperience in building complex customer journeys, including multi-channel and personalized communications. 2.Coding and Scripting (Required) oExpert in AMPscript and (Potentially SSJS) for dynamic email content and custom scripting. oHands-on experience with SQL for data manipulation within SFMC. 3.API and Integrations oExperience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating SFMC with external systems. oKnowledge of API Event Triggers and custom activities within Journey Builder. oUnderstanding of integration patterns between SFMC and Salesforce CRM or other third-party platforms. 4.Data and Analytics oAbility to design and implement custom reporting using SFMC reporting tools and data views. oFamiliarity with predictive analytics and AI-driven features like Einstein Engagement Scoring. Process and Frameworks 1.Agile and Kanban Delivery oExperience working in Agile (specifically Kanban) delivery environments, with tools like JIRA. 2.Testing and Quality Assurance oExperience in testing colleague solution for quality control purposes 3.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing oAbility to create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions. oFamiliarity with Confluence or similar tools for documentation. Soft Skills 1.Problem-Solving oAptitude for troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing scalable solutions. oAbility to address performance optimization for campaigns and data processes. 2.Communication and Collaboration oStrong verbal and written communication (English) skills to interact with onshore teams and stakeholders. 3.Adaptability oAbility to work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. oEagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, features, and best practices within the SFMC ecosystem. Certifications and Experience Required CertificationsoSalesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist oSalesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred) Experienceo4-6 years of hands-on experience in SFMC development, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in a multi-national or large-scale setup.
