Job Description

Shift:

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Developer with 3??5 years of hands-on experience to support and execute Marketing Cloud migration projects.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize emails using
HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
Build and optimize
Journeys
using Journey Builder
Create and manage
Automations
in Automation Studio
Write and optimize
AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries
Work with
Contact Builder
, Data Designer, and data models
Support integrations with CRM (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud) and external systems
Handle API-based data imports/exports where required
Manage data hygiene, deduplication, and subscriber key strategies
Document migration approach, technical designs, and deployment steps
Provide production support and resolve post-migration issues

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have

3-5 years of hands-on experience in
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong experience in
Marketing Cloud migrations
Expertise in: AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder

Good-to-Have

Experience with
Salesforce CRM integration
Knowledge of
SSJS
Familiarity with
REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with
Marketing Cloud Connect
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
