You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise to create personalized and impactful marketing experiences. --- Candidate Must-Have • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation. • Platform Proficiency: Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Data Extensions. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in: • AMPscript: For dynamic content and personalization. • SQL: For data extraction, segmentation, and manipulation. • HTML/CSS: For building and refining content blocks, email templates, and landing pages. • JavaScript (including SSJS): For advanced scripting and interactive elements. • Integration Experience: Solid experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) to connect Marketing Cloud with external platforms and CRM systems. • Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, data configuration, manipulation, advanced segmentation, and audience management within Marketing Cloud. • Marketing Best Practices: Deep understanding of marketing automation principles and email marketing best practices. • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
