As a Salesforce Marketing Automation Consultant at MagicByte Solutions, you will have the opportunity to define, create, and deploy high-quality data-driven campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Automation Solutions (Pardot). You will play a key role in all aspects of campaigns - from implementation, execution, monitoring to optimization. If you are motivated by challenges and passionate about delivering exceptional results, this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Help define, create, test, optimize, and deploy high-quality data-driven campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Automation Solutions (Pardot) - Interpret business rules and requirements to build campaign logic and execute campaign outcomes - Improve and automate processes to increase efficiency and productivity, following best practices - Design real-time usage data automations to personalize content and communication logic for lead generation and conversions - Manage analytics and reporting across websites, digital media, search, social, and marketing automation - Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, accurately specifying project timeframes, work estimates, dependencies, and risk factors **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools including Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce Social Studio - Familiarity with other areas of Salesforce such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities - Clear understanding of marketing campaign execution across email, mobile, and social media - Experience in B2B and B2C marketing campaign implementation - Strong analytical skills to analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate actionable recommendations - Understanding of tagging, coding, and tracking strategies for website, media, and marketing automation optimization - Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels internally - Salesforce Marketing Automation Certifications would be a plus MagicByte Solutions is a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
