About The Role We are seeking a Salesforce Lead to take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) solution delivery while contributing to the growth and capability development of our Salesforce practice This role is ideal for a technically strong and strategically minded professional with 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including leadership of teams and complex projects. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Project Leadership & Capability Contribution Practice Development SupportContribute to shaping the Salesforce practice by bringing best practices, reusable assets, and process improvements. MentorshipGuide junior team members, foster technical growth, and support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. Team CollaborationWork closely with architects, developers, and functional consultants to ensure effective project delivery. Presales & Solutioning Client EngagementCollaborate with business development teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored Salesforce solutions.Expertise in Sales, Service and Experience cloud Solution DesignLead the technical design of scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Effort EstimationSupport estimation and planning efforts during presales and project initiation phases. Delivery Management Project ExecutionOversee day-to-day implementation tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Best PracticesPromote adherence to Salesforce best practices for coding, configuration, and deployment. Quality AssurancePerform code and configuration reviews to maintain high delivery standards. Client Communication & Relationship Management Stakeholder InteractionServe as a key point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring transparency, progress reporting, and satisfaction. Ongoing SupportIdentify opportunities for continued engagement and improvement post-go-live. Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and customization. Proven experience leading project teams and delivering Salesforce solutions end-to-end. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
