Salesforce Lead | Immediate Joiner |

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure quality assurance, and oversee deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components.
• Proven experience in leading Salesforce project teams and managing client communication.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Health Cloud experience or certification.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Application Architect.
