Role: Sr Lead- Salesforce Location: Only Gurgaon Experience: 7 10 Years Shift: 8AM to 4.30PM Job Profile ?Experience with Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework. ?Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc. ?Experience with APIs and integrations. ?Experience working on an Agile development team. ?Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem. ?Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development ?Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript and jQuery ?Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing) ?Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred ?Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools ?Communications, both verbal and written ?Nice to has Financial Services and Insurance domain skills ?Demonstrated experience in developing complex solutions and platforms ?Understanding of common patterns, frameworks, and reference architectures for FS domain ?Ability to lead a team, mentor engineers, and drive technical decision-making. ?Excellent problem-solving skills and a startup mindset with a passion for innovation. ?Force.com Certified Developer Certification desired ?Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously Strong commitment to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities Education: Minimum bachelor's degree preferably with master's degree in computer science or engineering discipline. 6 - 8 yrs of salesforce development experience.
