Salesforce Implementation Consultant

As a Salesforce Implementation Consultant at Oloop, a Salesforce Consulting Partner, you will play a crucial role in leading small to mid-scale Salesforce implementations independently. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery sessions with clients, designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, setting up security models, building reports and dashboards, configuring integrations, and providing end-user training. You will serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle and manage multiple concurrent projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead small to mid-scale Salesforce implementations from discovery through deployment - Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and map business processes - Design and configure Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agent force - Configure core Salesforce functionality such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and automation - Set up security models including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets - Build and customize reports, dashboards, and list views to meet client requirements - Configure integrations with email platforms and other business systems - Deliver solution demonstrations, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide end-user training - Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to client administrators - Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining quality and timelines Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation or administration experience - Experience leading at least 3-5+ end-to-end Salesforce implementations - Strong configuration skills across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (experience with other Salesforce Clouds preferred) - Proficiency with declarative development tools like Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules - Experience with data modeling, security configuration, and reporting - Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Qualifications: - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Builder certifications - Experience with Salesforce AI features (Agent force & Data Cloud) - Knowledge of email integration setup (Outlook 365, Gmail) - Project management skills and ability to manage fixed-scope engagements - Experience with change management and user adoption strategies,
