• Oloop is a Salesforce Consulting Partner and we're looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our growing Salesforce practice. Opportunities abound at Oloop, which means this role can grow from an individual contributor role to a leadership position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead small to mid-scale Salesforce implementations independently from discovery through deployment
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and map business processes
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agent force
• Configure core Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and automation
• Set up security models including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets
• Build and customize reports, dashboards, and list views to meet client requirements
• Configure integrations with email platforms and other business systems
• Deliver solution demonstrations, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide end-user training
• Serve as primary client contact throughout implementation lifecycle
• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to client administrators
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining quality and timelines

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation or administration experience
• Experience leading at least 3-5+ end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Strong configuration skills across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Experience with other Salesforce Clouds preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with declarative development tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
• Experience with data modeling, security configuration, and reporting
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Builder certifications
• Experience with Salesforce AI features (Agent force & Data Cloud)
• Knowledge of email integration setup (Outlook 365, Gmail)
• Project management skills and ability to manage fixed-scope engagements
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
